Improve website conversion and validate Product-Market Fit for an asynchronous video SaaS platform in a competitive space.

Methodology:
Developed a custom calculator widget to boost engagement, ran targeted campaigns across outbound, LinkedIn, and email to test different ICPs, and designed a PMF validation process supported by analytics dashboards.
